I called them about it and they said they'd come over and get the critters and put a screen on at no charge. After arriving, they said they wanted $130+ before doing anything. They did the inspection before I moved in amd didn't bother bringing the screen up at all to the previous owners, realtor, or myself. My realtor and I had assumed it was done, but apparently it isn't worth their time to even ask if someone wants this standard feature. Horrible service, I'll use someone else. And my realtor will, too.
