Sometimes I wonder why each visit I'm charged with some of them simply doing an inspection and no treatment but they are always willing to come out in between treatments if I need them free of charge. Had some issues with not calling and showing up unexpected or at the wrong times but has been addressed and I think my phone is partly to blame. Overall good experience.
