He loaded the operating system and other necessities and did it fast. I checked the price of the new drive on Amazon, Miles pretty much passed it through at cost and labor was very reasonable. About two weeks later I stopped in and Miles was happy to answer some questions and I really appreciate that. It's good to have a friend in the computer business.
